Shanna B. Tiayon, PhD, also known as “The Wellbeing Dr.” is a Social Psychologist, former Senior Global Human Resources professional and currently the Owner of Wellbeing Works, LLC. Shanna has over 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
Shanna also writes and speaks on topics of wellbeing and the ways we may infringe upon the wellbeing of others. She’s a TEDx speaker and her writing has appeared in Greater Good Magazine, Longreads, Yes! Magazine, Food and Wine, Sojourners and Narratively. She's a frequently quoted expert in the mental health space.
