Post Pandemic Management Reboot
Awareness | Vigilance | Support
Are you equipped to support employees as they transition back to the office?
As organizations transition employees back to the office in either a full-time or hybrid capacity, it brings with it new challenges for managers who will be on the front lines of managing the transition. Managers will be tasked with managing the ongoing employee distress resulting from the last year, revising their management style to accommodate a hybrid workforce and ensuring overall employee motivation and wellbeing during a time of flux. All while managing their own wellbeing! Most managers could likely use a little support right now:
Awareness
Sharpen your awareness about the impact of the last year on employees
Vigilance
Learn key information to be vigilant about early warning signs of employee distress
Support
Learn strategies to provide employees with active support in the physical or virtual workplace
How to get the most out of the training:
This training is designed to provide you with new insights, strategies and tools that can have a meaningful impact on your management practices. Below are a few ways to ensure you get what you need from the training:
- Real Life Scenarios: Make a note of the management challenges you've faced both pre and post transition back to the office. Bring them up in the training to discuss!
- Employee Data: Just prior to the training "check-in" with your direct reports to see how they're doing. Make a note of patterns or anything that is surprising.
- Clear Your Calendar: If possible reserve the hour after the training for reflection and processing of the training content.
