Where are you on the wellbeing continuum?

It's best to think of your wellbeing as operating on a continuum. We all move up and down that continuum based on what we have going on in our lives. Take this 3-minute assessment prior to the session to see where you are on the wellbeing continuum. We'll discuss the results during the session.
